Refund policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges nor give refunds under the following circumstances:
- If a flaw was listed in the listing or shown in a photograph.
- The item does not fit. Shoulder to bottom & armpit to armpit measurements are listed in each item's description.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift Cards are always non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Washing Instructions
It is always recommended to wash your Kampus Kustoms pieces as gentle as possible. Washing on the delicate cycle in cold water and hanging to dry is the best way to ensure your pieces will last.
